During a private reception in Atlanta, GA, the CEO of One Vision Productions, Forrest Tuff went down in American history after becoming a Presidential Lifetime Award recipient.

The President's Call to Service Award is awarded by the President of the United States to people who have completed more than 4,000 hours of community service. It is the highest level of the President's Volunteer Service Award.

In 2002, President George W. Bush created the President’s Volunteer Service Award to honor the volunteer works of individuals, families, and organizations throughout the United States that have dedicated hundreds, if not thousands of volunteer hours over their lifetime.

Forrest Tuff is an avid volunteer and philanthropist. He is an Ambassador for the American Heart Association, SCORE-certified pro bono business mentor, and community partner with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Georgia. He is a Community Ambassador for youthSpark, an organization committed to combating youth trafficking and has also been involved in missions work abroad, where his efforts helped establish schools in Mexico and the Philippines. In previous years, he received the Gold President's Volunteer Service Award.

When asked how he felt to be receiving such a prestigious award, he said he felt “Humbled. I don’t deserve an award. I try to live a selfless life to help others—I look at it as something that is bigger than me.”

Although the current United States President signs the award, it exists before and after that person is in office and regardless of who they are or what party they stand for. In other words, the award is a story of the country.

The award document reads, “One of our Nation's greatest strengths remains the compassion of our everyday citizens—Thank you for your enduring commitment to serving your community and our Nation. I trust that you will continue to work for the betterment of others and an even stronger future for the American people.”
