Druid Hills High School     Gordon College     Western Carolina University

A three-sport Letterman in high school, Forrest played football, basketball and ran track. He decided to "shoot" for the NBA and focused his attention on basketball. An all-state player in Georgia, he received a split scholarship (academic+basketball) to play for Gordon College. During his 2-year tenure at Gordon, he led the state of Georgia in 3 pointers (3rd in the nation) averaging 24 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists per game. He later accepted a full-ride athletic scholarship to play Division I basketball for Western Carolina University. Only one level away from realizing his dream to play in the NBA, Forrest tragically suffered a career-ending injury to his shooting hand. In 2012, he was inducted into the Gordon College Basketball Hall of Fame.

Years later, his daughter Jordan Tuff plays Division I college basketball and has similar dreams of making it to the WNBA.
