Druid Hills High School     Gordon State College     Western Carolina University

Forrest Tuff was a three-sport Letterman in high school, participating in football, basketball, and track. He decided to "shoot" for the NBA and focused his attention on basketball. As a Georgia all-state player, Tuff received an academic/basketball scholarship to play for Gordon College. During his 2-year tenure at Gordon, he led the state of Georgia in 3-pointers (3rd in the nation), averaging 24 points, seven rebounds, and three assists per game. He later accepted a full-ride athletic scholarship to play Division I basketball for Western Carolina University. Now, only one level away from realizing his dream to play professionally, Forrest suffered a career-ending injury to his shooting hand ending his Hoop Dreams. Fortunately, in 2012, he was inducted into the Gordon State College Basketball Hall of Fame.
